BRENDAN L. WARD, joined the firm of Bradley Moore Primason Cuffe & Weber, LLP in 2019. He is a Nahant resident, attended St. John’s Prep in Danvers and subsequently received his Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire. He is a graduate of New England School of Law, attending the evening program while continuing to work full-time as a paralegal with a focus on family law and estate administration. Brendan’s experience at a wireless communications company cultivated the fundamentals of client service. He also has experience working with high tech public relations firms learning about digital media and marketing, and its applications to his law practice. He has professional experience in human resources with working with Boston and other local non-profits, and a large corporate real estate firm. He began his private practice at Mavros & Fitzgerald focusing on Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration.  At Mavros & Fitzgerald, Brendan became a “Personal Family Lawyer” through the Family Wealth Planning Institute, a private organization focused on providing estate planning services to clients.  Brendan has received extensive training and coaching with the institute receiving this special designation that sets him apart from his peers. Brendan’s continues to focus is on estate planning for families with young children, same sex couples, together with elder care and intervention, trust and estate administration. His skills provide a depth of knowledge in probate practice and asset protection. Brendan spends a great deal of time volunteering in his local community. He is the past president of the Copley Society of Art Circle, past chairman of the town of Nahant Advisory & Finance Committee, the Secretary of local non-profit 01908, Vice President of the Board of Directors of Family & Children Services of Greater Lynn, a member of the Board of Directors of the Lynn Boys and Girls Club, and Trustee of the Lynn Home for the Elderly.
